Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By registering on MacroVest (powered by NovaYield), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not register or contribute.

2. Nature of Service

  • MacroVest pools investor funds for Forex trading via NovaYield on PUPRIME. We do not guarantee profits. Trading involves substantial risk, including total loss of capital.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be 18+ years old.
  • You must have a verified SPENDA account with a valid Nigerian bank account.
  • You agree to provide accurate personal information.

4. Registration Fee

  • A non-refundable $5 registration fee is required to create your MacroVest account.

5. Contribution Packs

  • Minimum: 1 pack = $10.
  • Maximum: 10 packs = $100.
  • Packs are active for a selected term (1–12 months).
  • Packs auto-expire at term end.

6. Profit Declarations & Payouts

  • NovaYield declares daily trading results (Monday–Friday) via your dashboard.
  • Monthly profits are converted to BNB and sent to your registered SPENDA UID within 24 hours of month-end.
  • Payout amounts depend on your total active packs and actual trading performance.

7. Withdrawals

  • You may withdraw your capital + profits when packs expire.
  • Withdrawals are sent to your SPENDA UID. SPENDA's withdrawal policy applies (Naira only to your bank).
  • MacroVest is not responsible for delays caused by SPENDA.

8. Reactivation & Account Status

  • Reactivate packs anytime for 1–12 months.
  • If all packs are closed, your account becomes inactive.
  • Rejoining requires a new $5 registration fee.
  • Keeping 1 pack active maintains your account indefinitely.

9. Deposits

  • Crypto deposits: confirmed on-chain before packs are credited.
  • Naira deposits via agents: agents are independent third parties. MacroVest is not responsible for agent errors.

10. Risk Disclosure (Critical)

  • You acknowledge that Forex trading is highly volatile and speculative. You may lose part or all of your contributed capital. 8–20% monthly targets are goals, not guarantees. Past performance does not guarantee future results. MacroVest and NovaYield are not licensed financial advisors.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • MacroVest is not liable for trading losses incurred, SPENDA platform failures or delays, broker (PUPRIME) technical issues, or force majeure events (internet outages, regulatory changes).

12. Prohibited Activities

  • You may not use multiple accounts, engage in fraudulent activities, or attempt to manipulate or reverse transactions.

13. Termination

  • MacroVest reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or legal and regulatory requirements.

14. Amendments

  • MacroVest may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Important Risk Warning

Trading Forex on PUPRIME involves substantial risk, including the potential loss of your entire contributed capital. Leverage can work against you as well as for you.

An 8%–20% monthly profit target is a strategic goal set by NovaYield, not a guaranteed return. Actual results vary based on market volatility, macroeconomic shifts, and execution conditions. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

MacroVest and NovaYield are not licensed financial advisors. We operate as a pooled trading group. Do not contribute money you cannot afford to lose entirely. By participating, you acknowledge that you fully understand these risks.
